Returns & Exchanges Policy
Although we go to every effort to ensure your utmost satisfaction with your order, we understand that situations do arise. We have compiled our Returns & Exchanges Policy to provide you with the information you need to address dissatisfaction with your purchase. When We Accept Returns
Due to the extremely custom nature of our product line, we only accept returns under certain circumstances. When allowable, all returns must be new and unused. If an item is returned used or with tags removed, we will not accept the return. - If you receive defective merchandise from the manufacturer:
- Notify us immediately upon receipt
- Save all your packaging material in case of damage-in-transit
- We will instruct you how to proceed in returning the defective merchandise, at our expense
- You will receive a replacement product according to your order specifications.
- No changes can be made to your order; refunds are not issued.
- If you receive merchandise with incorrect personalization due to our mistake:
- Notify us immediately upon receipt
- We will instruct you on how to proceed in returning the merchandise, at our expense
- You will receive a replacement product according to the corrected personalization.
- No changes can be made to your order; refunds are not issued.
When We DO NOT Accept Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following situations: - If you have received your customized item exactly according to your order specifications, but have since changed your mind
- If your custom apparel order does not fit (Since we do not accept returns due to sizing issues, please carefully review our sizing charts to ensure you choose the right size.)
- If you accidentally enter your personalization information incorrectly, resulting in a personalization error on the finished product (Please carefully review your personalization before you proceed to checkout.)
- If any product becomes damaged after use
