What You Can Expect to Pay for Shipping
For your convenience, our shipping charges are based on the total of your purchase.
Although our checkout system will automatically calculate your shipping, we understand that many customers feel comfortable knowing exactly what shipping is before they start to order.

When You Can Expect Your Delivery
Because most of our items are not housed in-studio, but come from different manufacturers and designers, your delivery may come in several shipments at several different times.
At certain times of the year, such as Christmas and peak sales periods, our designers may experience longer back orders and product times. Expedited shipping is available for certain items. We do our best to meet your delivery requests, but they must be submitted before or at the time of your purchase.
We cannot change an order to rush status once it has been placed. If the item has already been ordered with the manufacturer, we cannot refund the purchase due to delivery issues.
Shipping times will vary due to manufacturer locations and carrier methods. We are bound by the policies of each vendor first and foremost. The following is an estimate of when you can expect certain items to ship. Please be sure to always check the product description for confirmation or contact us for shipping information on items not listed. - Most jewelry purchases will ship within 5-7 business days
- Household and embroidered items may take up to 2 weeks to ship
- Stationery and hand painted items may take up to 4 weeks to ship, depending on the item
- Custom clothing can take between 2-3 weeks to ship
We will notify you upon shipment of your order and provide you with a range of expected delivery dates based on the carrier chosen. You may also use our automated Order Tracking system for a quick status update. |
